Select the guidence tab. 

Select new pattern. 

Select change pattern to see options. 

We want to stay with straight. 

Your first option is to do an AB, second is a heading. 

When you select the AB this page will appear. 

When you select the Heading this screen will appear for you to enter your heading desired. 

You will then have your line created.
