If you have not inserted the data card into the display prior to booting it up this error will display. You can insert the data card with your setup data on it at this time.
You will then be prompted this wondow which is when the display is reading in all the data off of the inserted data card.
Once the display has booted to the home page it has then imported the data that was put on the data card.
